Yes, equipment will be provided for you, we all always use a mat, some positions you may find a block useful, we also use circles, bands, balls, small weights but not all at the same time! :)
What shall I wear?
Something you can move in, you can keep your socks on if you wish, something ideally where I can see your body line (legs, abdomen and back) but which still enables you to feel comfortable.
What shall I bring?
All equipment is provided but it is advised you bring a bottle of water and you may wish to bring a small towel. You are welcome to bring your own mat and equipment.
Does it matter if I have not taken part in a Pilates before before?
Not at all, the beginner Pilates classes are aimed at those who have not taken part in Pilates classes before, all exercises have modifications. If you have taken part in Pilates there are lots of variations to the exercises so you can challenge yourself.
I am not very flexible does this matter?
No, hopefully you will become more flexible! Wherever you can stretch to is where you should be stretching to on that day.

How do I pay?
You can pay my bank transfer or cash.
I am pregnant, are your classes suitable?
This will depend on which trimester you are in, I have completed my pre and post natal qualification but particularly in the third trimester you would be better suited to a specialist pre natal class.
